4. List the labels you want In the personalise section. *Please list with each label on a new line. (Be mindful of formatting such as all caps, no caps.)

Please note
- Each tag come with white ribbons for easy attachment.
- White Tags - 10cm x 5cm x 3mm With 2x 3x3mm Slots.
- Clear Tags - 10cm x 5cm x 2mm With 2x 3x3mm Slots.
- The labels are are approximately 6cm x 3cm and will be made to ensure they fit on the tag.
- Labels will come separate to the tags, along with instructions of how to apply.
